Changes the phrase "which" to "that" in the existing prohibition against using forms containing provisions in violation of the Occupational Code, rules, or state and federal laws.

Maintains existing prohibitions on personnel agencies operating under unlicensed names, collecting fees without proper licensing, sharing fees with unlicensed entities, and soliciting employee discharges.
