Establishes the Girl Scouts of Michigan Fund in the Department of Treasury to provide donations to girl scout organizations in Michigan for youth development based on scout oath and law values.

Credits to the fund shall consist of amounts appropriated under section 435 of the 1967 Income Tax Act, plus any interest, earnings, and other donations received.

Money granted or received as gifts or donations to the fund is available for distribution to each county from which a contribution was received, upon appropriation.

Fund monies may be used as matching funds for federal grants dedicated to the purposes described in the act.

Funds remaining in the account at year-end shall remain in the fund and not lapse to the general fund; distribution requires annual appropriation.
