Amends the Michigan State Police Act (1935 PA 59) to add Section 17 regarding cyberbullying awareness.

Requires the Michigan State Police Department to establish and maintain a cyberbullying awareness campaign educating children, parents, guardians, school officials, and the public about the dangers and consequences of cyberbullying.

Mandates the department produce or arrange for production of public service announcements as part of the awareness campaign, including information about the Michigan school violence hotline and how to report cyberbullying incidents.

Requires the department to make public service announcements available to television and radio stations throughout Michigan.
