Defines "farm product" to include plants useful to humans produced by agriculture, such as forages, grains, fruits, vegetables, flowers, seeds, nursery stock, trees, mushrooms, and products incorporating food, feed, or fiber.

Prohibits selling, offering for sale, or advertising farm products as "locally grown" or "locally produced" unless grown or produced within 100 miles or less of the point of sale.

Exempts producers who supply farm products to ultimate sellers from the prohibition, applying the restriction only to the person actually making the sale or advertisement.

Establishes violations as state civil infractions with civil fines of not more than $500.00.
