Amends the Michigan Code of Criminal Procedure to add sentencing guidelines for 14 specific felonies related to public trust violations and property crimes.

Establishes sentencing classifications ranging from Class D to Class H for crimes including false statements in veterans benefits applications, notary public violations, civil service exam fraud, and misappropriation of public funds.

Assigns statutory maximum sentences ranging from 1 year to 15 years depending on offense severity, with notarial act violations while commission is revoked carrying a 5-year maximum.

Adds sentencing guidelines for false pretenses under the state housing development authority act, distinguishing between amounts under $20,000 (Class E, 5 years max) and $20,000 or more (Class D, 10 years max).

Takes effect only if House Bill No. 6149 of the 95th Legislature is enacted into law.
