Establishes the Boy Scouts of Michigan Fund in the Department of Treasury to provide donations to Boy Scout organizations located in Michigan that promote ethical and moral development through the Scout Oath and Law.

State Treasurer credits to the fund all amounts appropriated under section 435 of the 1967 Income Tax Act, including any interest, earnings, and other contributions received.

Fund money shall be distributed by appropriation to each county from which a contribution, gift, or donation was received.

Fund money may be used as matching funds for federal grants designated for Boy Scout purposes described in the act.

Unappropriated money in the fund at year-end remains in the fund and does not lapse to the general fund.
