Allows employers to request monetary redetermination to noncharge their account for unemployment benefits paid to a claimant in weeks where the claimant's gross wages equal or exceed the employer's benefit charges for that week, effective for benefit years beginning October 1, 2000 through December 31, 2013.

Starting January 1, 2014, charges benefits to a nonchargeable benefits account if an individual reports gross earnings with a base period employer at least equal to that employer's benefit charges for the week.

Starting January 1, 2014, charges benefits to a nonchargeable benefits account if a base period employer timely protests a determination and shows the individual earned gross wages at least equal to the employer's benefit charges for that week.

Takes effect immediately upon approval by the Governor on December 20, 2011.
