Amends Michigan's criminal procedure law (1927 PA 175) to add sentencing guidelines for specific felony offenses related to public trust violations and housing fraud.

Establishes sentencing classes and statutory maximums for 16 enumerated felonies, including falsification of veterans benefits applications (Class H, 3 years), notary public act violations (Class F, 4 years for real property conveyance; Class E, 5 years for revoked commissions), and housing authority fraud (Class D or E, 5-10 years depending on amount and prior convictions).

Effective date January 1, 2012, contingent upon Senate Bill No. 252 of the 96th Legislature being enacted into law.

Approved by the Governor on October 20, 2011 and filed with the Secretary of State the same date.
