Amends MCL 777.12m to add sentencing guidelines for 12 felony violations under Michigan's agricultural and animal-related statutes in chapters 285-289.

Adds new offenses including grain dealers act violations (Category H, Class H, max 5 years), false pretenses under family farm development act ($1,000-$20,000 range as Class E, max 5 years; $20,000+ as Class D, max 10 years), and dangerous animal offenses causing death (Class C, max 15 years) or serious injury (Class G, max 4 years).

Includes sentencing guidelines for livestock contamination, organic products act violations, cervidae producer violations, adulterated food violations, and animal industry act violations with penalties ranging from 1 to 5 years imprisonment.

Conditioned on enactment of House Bills 4503, 4504, 4505, and 4699 from the 96th Legislature; bill does not take effect unless all four companion bills are also enacted.
