Creates the Michigan Alzheimer's Association Fund in the Department of Treasury to provide funds for programs and services for unpaid caregivers of individuals with Alzheimer's disease through the Greater Michigan Chapter and Michigan Great Lakes Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association.

State Treasurer credits to the fund all amounts appropriated under section 435 of the 1967 Income Tax Act, plus interest, earnings, and other donations, with funds remaining in the account at year-end rather than lapsing to the general fund.

State Treasurer directs investment of the fund, and the Department of Treasury serves as administrator for auditing purposes.

Fund money, interest, and earnings are expended solely as donations to the Greater Michigan Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association for distribution to both the Greater Michigan and Michigan Great Lakes chapters.

Requires annual appropriation of available fund money for distribution, with gifts and donations to the fund available for distribution upon appropriation.

Bill becomes effective only if Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 4518 of the 96th Legislature is enacted into law.
