Requires nursing mothers seeking exemption to provide verification from a physician, lactation consultant, or certified nurse midwife confirming they are nursing.

Defines "certified nurse midwife," "lactation consultant," and "physician" for purposes of verifying nursing mother status.

Maintains existing jury service qualifications including U.S. citizenship, age 18+, English language ability, mental and physical capability, and no prior felony conviction.

Effective date: May 1, 2012.
