Prohibits courts, arbitrators, and administrative agencies from enforcing foreign laws if doing so would violate rights guaranteed by the Michigan or U.S. Constitution.

Requires contractual provisions choosing foreign law to govern interpretation or dispute resolution to be modified or voided if enforcement would violate constitutional rights.

Requires courts to deny forum non conveniens claims if granting them would violate constitutional rights of a natural person subject to personal jurisdiction in Michigan.

Voids contractual provisions that cannot be modified to preserve constitutional rights while allowing corporations and business entities to contractually submit to foreign law without restriction.

Applies only to actual or foreseeable violations of constitutional rights caused by application of foreign law.
