Elections; ballots; ballot instructions; revise to require placement in voting booth and include with absentee ballots, and make other miscellaneous changes to the Michigan election law. Amends secs. 558, 560, 560b, 568, 591, 706 & 764a of 1954 PA 116 (MCL 168.558 et seq.); adds secs. 736b, 736c, 736d, 736e, 736f, 736g & 764 & repeals sec. 737 of 1954 PA 116 (MCL 168.737).
