Exempts recreational card playing at senior citizen housing facilities and senior citizen centers from Michigan penal code gambling prohibitions.

Requires all participants to be 60 years of age or older and card playing to be conducted solely for amusement and recreation, not for fund-raising or profit.

Limits card playing to between 9 a.m. and midnight, with buy-in capped at $5.00 per person, individual bets limited to 25 cents, and winnings from a single hand not exceeding $5.00.

Restricts participation to bona fide members of the group or facility, with non-member participants not exceeding the number of member participants.

Requires all revenue (except winnings) to cover reasonable actual expenses only, with no person receiving compensation or profit from facilitating or conducting the card playing.
