Amends secs. 1301, 2035, 44501, 44511, 44516, 44518, 44520, 44520a & 44524 of 1994 PA 451 (MCL 324.1301 et seq.); adds sec. 44522a & repeals secs. 44514 & 44517 of 1994 PA 451 (MCL 324.44514 & 324.44517).
