Allows corporations to file certificates of assumed name renewal before the standard 90-day window, with administrator able to either reject early filings or hold and process them during the proper 90-day period.

Modifies Section 217 to make certificate of assumed name extensions subject to new subsection (7) procedures for early filings.

Updates Section 1060(2) to clarify that the administrator cannot refund fees except as provided in the new Section 217(7) early filing procedures.

Maintains existing 5-year renewal periods for certificates of assumed name with administrator notification requirement 90 days before expiration.
