Amends the Revised Judicature Act of 1961 to modify district court boundaries and judge allocations in Wayne County.

Allows the cities of Westland and Wayne to combine the eighteenth district (Westland) and twenty-ninth district (Wayne) into a single eighteenth district with 3 judges, effective January 2, 2013, contingent on both cities approving by legislative resolution.

Expands the twenty-fifth district beginning April 1, 2012 to include the cities of Ecorse, Lincoln Park, and River Rouge, increasing judges from 2 to 3, with the incumbent judge of the abolished twenty-sixth district filling the new judgeship.

Abolishes the twenty-sixth district on April 1, 2012, transferring its judge to the twenty-fifth district for the remainder of their elected or appointed term.

Establishes boundaries and judge allocations for sixteen additional district courts (sixteenth through thirty-fifth districts) in Wayne County.
