State administrative board authorized to convey state-owned property under Department of Corrections jurisdiction in Kinross Township, Chippewa County to either Kinross Township or Chippewa County via quitclaim deed.

Property consists of two parcels (Parcel A: 2.68 acres; Parcel B: 0.38 acres) located in the Chippewa County Industrial Air Park, with property descriptions subject to adjustment by survey or legal description.

Director of Department of Technology, Management, and Budget shall first offer property for sale to Kinross Township for $1.00; if not purchased within 60 days (agreement) and 120 days (closing), remaining property offered to Chippewa County for $1.00.

Property conveyance requires exclusive public use with equal fees and conditions for all public members; state retains right to reenter and repossess if conditions violated, and may recover preparation costs from grantee.

State retains 50% of gross revenue from any oil, gas, or mineral development on the property and reserves all aboriginal antiquities with exploration and excavation rights.
