Increases axle loading maximums by 10% for vehicles transporting farm products from harvest or storage to first point of delivery on state roads, excluding interstate highways and roads with active seasonal weight restrictions.

Allows county road commissions to issue permits for agricultural commodity hauling during seasonal weight restrictions upon 48-hour advance notice, with designated routes, time periods, and speed limits as agreed conditions.
