Authorizes duly authorized agents of county road commissions to enforce certain vehicle and traffic laws, including sections 215, 255, 631(1), 717, 719, 719a, 720, 722, 724, 725, and 726 of the Motor Vehicle Code

Requires county road commission agents to wear a clearly visible shoulder patch identifying their branch of government while enforcing these traffic laws

Prohibits county road commission agents from carrying firearms while enforcing traffic laws unless they are certified as police officers under the Commission on Law Enforcement Standards Act (1965 PA 203)

Limits county road commission agents' enforcement of sections 215 and 255 (commercial vehicle violations) to commercial vehicles only

Exempts authorized county road commission agents from police officer certification requirements under the Commission on Law Enforcement Standards Act when enforcing specified traffic violations, except when carrying a firearm
