Amends section 151e of the Revised Judicature Act of 1961 to modify the juror compensation reimbursement fund distribution process.

Requires court funding units to submit semiannual reports to the state court administrator detailing expenses from two sources: increased juror minimum compensation rates effective October 1, 2003, and increased juror travel reimbursement rates effective October 1, 2011.

Court funding units receive reimbursement from the fund for expenses reported under the new reporting requirements, excluding any juror compensation paid in excess of statutory minimums.

Reimbursement payments from the fund are made every 6 months, not later than 2 months after the end of each 6-month reporting period.

Bill takes effect only upon enactment of House Bill 5551 or Senate Bill (number not specified) of the 96th Legislature.
