Prohibits entering or attempting to enter private property where religious services are occurring with intent to disrupt the meeting.

Prohibits remaining on private property after being instructed to leave where religious services are occurring with intent to disrupt the meeting.

Prohibits intentionally obstructing or attempting to obstruct entrance to or exit from private property where religious services are occurring with intent to disrupt or prevent the meeting.

First violation is punishable by up to 93 days imprisonment, a fine up to $1,000, or up to 100 hours of community service.

Repeat violations are punishable by up to 93 days imprisonment, a fine up to $5,000, or up to 200 hours of community service; effective September 1, 2012.
