Extends the sunset date for reduced private agricultural applicator and private registered applicator certification fees from September 30, 2015 to maintain the $10.00 fee structure after that date.

Sets private agricultural applicator certification fee at $50.00 until September 30, 2015, then $10.00 thereafter.

Sets private registered applicator certification fee at $50.00 until September 30, 2015, then $10.00 thereafter.

Waives certification fees under subsections (1)(b) and (d) for honorably discharged veterans of the U.S. armed forces who provide proof to the department.

Directs all license and administrative fees collected to be deposited in the agriculture licensing and inspection fees fund for administration of pesticide applicator regulations.
