Amends Section 3113 of the Insurance Code of 1956 to modify conditions under which a person is ineligible for personal protection insurance (PIP) benefits for accidental bodily injury.

Adds new subsection (b) denying PIP benefits to passengers in unlawfully taken motor vehicles or motorcycles if the passenger knew or had reason to believe the vehicle was stolen.

Renumbers existing subsections (b), (c), and (d) to become subsections (c), (d), and (e) respectively, maintaining restrictions for vehicle owners without required security, non-residents with unregistered vehicles, and operators violating Michigan vehicle code sections 625(1), (3), or (8).

Changes grammatical language throughout by replacing "which" with "that" in two instances for consistency.

Retains existing subsection (f) prohibiting PIP benefits when a motor vehicle is used in committing or fleeing from crimes punishable by more than one year imprisonment.
