Amends secs. 2803, 2804, 2834, 2835, 2848, 13807, 16221, 16226, 16299, 17015, 17515, 20115 & 22224 of 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.2803 et seq.) & adds secs. 2836, 2854, 17015a, 17017 & 17517.
