Prohibits physicians from intentionally performing abortions when the pregnant woman is seeking abortion based on fetus sex or is being coerced in violation of Michigan Penal Code section 213a.

Establishes violations of these prohibitions as grounds for disciplinary action against physicians under the Public Health Code, subject to sanctions including probation, suspension, revocation, fines up to $250,000, restitution, and community service.

Clarifies that the prohibition does not create a right to abortion and does not override existing abortion restrictions under Michigan law.

Applies identical sex-selective abortion restrictions to both osteopathic physicians (section 17515b) and medical doctors (section 17015b).

Bill effectiveness is contingent upon the enactment of House Bill 5713 of the 96th Legislature.
