Prohibits physicians from requiring patients to sign contracts or agree (orally or in writing) to refrain from posting negative commentary about the physician, their practice, expertise, or medical treatment provided as a condition of receiving medical services.

Prohibits health facilities and agencies from requiring patients to sign contracts or agree to refrain from posting negative commentary about the facility, its physicians, their practice and expertise, or medical treatment provided as a condition of receiving medical services.

Defines "public media forum" as the internet or any other medium designed to convey information to other individuals, regardless of whether membership or a password is required to access the information.

Applies the same prohibitions in two separate sections of the Public Health Code to ensure coverage of both individual physicians and institutional healthcare providers.
