Amends Michigan's nuisance statute to define buildings, vehicles, boats, aircraft, or places used for lewdness, prostitution, gambling, or by disorderly persons as nuisances.

Declares places used for unlawful manufacture, transport, sale, or furnishing of controlled substances or intoxicating liquors as nuisances.

Declares places used for conduct prohibited by section 49 of the Michigan Penal Code as nuisances.

Includes all furniture, fixtures, contents, and intoxicating liquors within declared nuisance properties as nuisances subject to injunction and abatement.

Makes owners, lessees, conductors, or maintainers of nuisance properties guilty of maintaining a nuisance; effective immediately upon Governor's approval on December 12, 2012.
