Delays the effective date of reduced filing fees from October 1, 2012 to October 1, 2015 for broker-dealers, agents, investment advisers, and investment adviser representatives.

Before October 1, 2015, broker-dealer initial and renewal registration fees remain at $300.00; after that date, fees reduce to $250.00.

Before October 1, 2015, agent and investment adviser representative fees remain at $65.00; after that date, fees reduce to $30.00 for initial applications, renewals, and registration changes.

Before October 1, 2015, investment adviser fees remain at $200.00; after that date, fees reduce to $150.00 for initial and renewal registrations.

Federal covered investment adviser notice fees reduce from $200.00 to $150.00 after October 1, 2015; administrators may waive all fees for honorably discharged veterans and certain veteran-controlled entities with proof of eligibility.
