Registration fees for building officials, inspectors, and plan reviewers are $25.00 per year if paid on or before September 30, 2015, and $10.00 per year if paid after that date.

The State Construction Code Commission shall charge fees for registration and for examination and evaluation of training and educational programs and courses.

Fees for examination and evaluation of training programs must bear a reasonable relation to the actual cost of conducting those programs.

All fees collected are deposited into the state construction code fund established under the Stille-DeRossett-Hale single state construction code act.

Honorably discharged veterans of the U.S. armed forces are exempt from all registration and examination fees upon providing proof of veteran status to the commission.
