Amends MCL 750.465 to require ticket prices and seat numbers be printed on admission tickets in conspicuous type, and requires printing a statement informing buyers they can purchase at box office price without surcharges.

Exempts sales and resales of event tickets subject to the "event tickets act" from existing restrictions on ticket scalping and price markups at secondary locations.

Creates new MCL 750.465b making it a misdemeanor punishable by up to 93 days imprisonment or $500 fine to use software that circumvents security measures or access controls designed to ensure equitable ticket buying processes on ticket issuer websites.

Defines "software" as computer programs primarily designed to interfere with ticket issuer operations selling event tickets over the internet, and cross-references definitions of "event ticket" and "ticket issuer" from the event tickets act.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment and is conditioned on passage of House Bill 5828 (tie-barred provision).
