• Makes technical amendments to existing pharmacy law sections regarding prescription drug dispensing, record-keeping, electronic transmission requirements, and patient receipt documentation to accommodate school board epinephrine dispensing.

• Takes effect only upon enactment of House Bill 5865 (tie-bar provision).
