Requires owners, lessees, operators, or managers of theatres, circuses, athletic grounds, and places of public entertainment to print the ticket price and seat number in conspicuous type on each ticket.

Requires disclosure on tickets purchased outside the box office of any surcharge and a statement that the ticket may be purchased at box office price without the surcharge.

Limits written permission for surcharges to sales at locations other than the box office and restricts markups to no more than 10% above the box office price printed on the ticket.

Prohibits establishments of agencies, suboffices, or internet websites for selling tickets at prices greater than the box office price or advertised price, and requires internet ticket sellers to display both the sale price and box office price.

Makes violation of these ticket pricing regulations a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or a fine of not more than $500.00, or both.
