Creates the "Recreational Activity Liability Act" to shield certain persons from liability for injuries or deaths resulting from participation in organized recreational activities.

Provides liability protection to co-participants in recreational activities, coaches, and organizers or sponsors including teams or leagues.

Exempts protection if the person's conduct constitutes willful misconduct (conduct intended to harm) or wanton misconduct (conduct showing indifference to whether harm will result).

Defines "wanton misconduct" as conduct or failure to act demonstrating such indifference to harm as to be equal to willingness that harm will result.

Defines "willful misconduct" as conduct or failure to act intended to harm the injured individual.
