Prohibits bullying and cyberbullying of another person in Michigan.

Defines "bully" as engaging in one or more specific behaviors (assault, derogatory nicknames, spreading false information) on 2 or more separate occasions with intent to frighten, intimidate, or harass.

Defines "cyberbully" as bullying conducted through computers, computer networks, computer programs, or telecommunications provider services.

Violation is a misdemeanor punishable by up to 93 days imprisonment and/or a fine of up to $1,000.

Court may order convicted persons to undergo mental health evaluation and counseling at their own expense if deemed appropriate.
