Adds Section 24 to the McCauley-Traxler-Law-Bowman-McNeely lottery act (1972 PA 239) authorizing the commissioner to suspend or revoke lottery sales licenses.

Lottery sales agents' licenses may be suspended or revoked if an unauthorized transaction involving food assistance program or family independence program benefits is related to the sale of a lottery ticket.

License suspension or revocation is triggered if the person is convicted of or pleads guilty to a crime related to the unauthorized benefit transaction.

License suspension or revocation is also triggered if the person is administratively disqualified from acting as a merchant under the food assistance program or family independence program.
