Amends section 16l of chapter XVII of the Michigan Code of Criminal Procedure (MCL 777.16l) to modify sentencing guidelines for specific felonies related to fraud and false representations.

Enacting clause ties the bill's effectiveness to either Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 5969 of the 96th Legislature being enacted into law.
