Changes terminology from "sections" to "section" when referencing vehicle code violations that county road commission agents enforce (sections 215, 255, 631(1), 717, 719, 719a, 720, 722, 724, 725, and 726).

Replaces requirement for agents to wear a "shoulder patch" with requirement to wear a "full uniform that identifies" the branch of government and use a vehicle with markings identifying the governmental unit.

Modifies firearm authority to reference "standards promulgated under the commission on law enforcement standards act, 1965 PA 203, MCL 28.601 to 28.616" instead of the Michigan law enforcement officers training council act of 1965.

Requires county road commissions to ensure agents complete an approved training course on enforcement of the specified vehicle code sections before granting enforcement powers.
