Authorizes the department to issue temporary licenses to spouses of active-duty U.S. armed forces members as real estate brokers, associate brokers, or salespersons under article 25.

Requires applicants to hold a current equivalent real estate license issued by another state, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, another U.S. territory or protectorate, or a foreign country.

Requires proof that the applicant's spouse is assigned to a duty station in Michigan under active duty military orders and that the applicant is also assigned to that same duty station.

Temporary real estate licenses issued under this provision are valid for 1 year and may be renewed for additional 1-year terms if the licensee continues to meet the requirements.

Makes technical corrections to existing temporary licensing language, changing "pursuant to" to "under" and clarifying references to subsections.
