Establishes early voting beginning 30 days before an election and ending the day before the election, with polls open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekends.

Requires every city, township, and village to provide early voting at one or more designated polling places.

Makes all standard election procedures applicable to early voting, including election inspectors, voter challenges, poll books, ballot security, and ballot counting.

Requires poll books for early voting to be divided by date with separate records maintained for each day of early voting.
