Requires the Department of State Police to post investigation results on its public website for a minimum of 6 months after completion.

Maintains existing speed limit authority for state transportation department, county road commissions, township boards, and school superintendents based on engineering and traffic investigations.

Preserves general speed limits of 55 mph for most highways and 70 mph for freeways, with authority to adjust limits based on safety findings.
