Urges the USDA to keep the Farm Service Agency office in Kalamazoo County open rather than close it as part of a nationwide consolidation effort.

Kalamazoo County contains more than 140,000 acres dedicated to agriculture and ranks eighth in Michigan for agricultural product value and second statewide for nursery, greenhouse, and floriculture production.

Closing the FSA office would reduce efficiency since it currently coordinates closely with the NRCS field office at the same location, requiring farmers to travel to two separate offices in different counties.

Directs the House to transmit copies of the resolution to the USDA Farm Service Agency administrator and Michigan's congressional delegation.
