Honors Representative Chuck Moss upon the completion of his tenure in the Michigan House of Representatives representing the Fortieth House District (Beverly Hills, Bingham Farms, Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Franklin, Keego Harbor, Orchard Lake Village, and Sylvan Lake)

Recognizes Moss's education including a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University's James Madison College and juris doctorate from the University of Detroit Law School, along with prior service as Oakland County commissioner, Birmingham city commissioner and mayor, and Oakland County Transit Authority chairman

Commends Moss's leadership on the Appropriations Committee, including his role as minority vice-chair in 2009 and chair in 2011 during the state's economic recovery from the recent recession

Directs copies of the resolution be transmitted to Representative Moss and his family as an expression of the House's gratitude for his service
