Amends Michigan Penal Code section 169 to criminalize willful interruption or disturbance of religious assemblies held in buildings clearly identified as places of worship.

Prohibits willful and physical obstruction of individuals entering or leaving religious buildings with intent to deny access to religious assemblies.

Establishes misdemeanor penalties for first offense of imprisonment for up to 93 days, fine of up to $1,000, or up to 100 hours of community service.

Increases penalties for repeat offenders to imprisonment for up to 93 days, fine of up to $5,000, or up to 200 hours of community service.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment.
