Amends the 1939 Michigan Labor Disputes Act to allow cities, counties, townships, or villages to establish right-to-work zones within their boundaries by governing body vote or voter-initiated measure.

Prohibits the Michigan Labor Commission from enforcing all-union shop agreements covering employees in designated right-to-work zones if the employer entered into or renewed the agreement after the zone's adoption.

Updates Section 14 language to reference the new right-to-work zone provisions and corrects gendered pronouns throughout the statute.

Preserves employer rights to negotiate all-union agreements with single or multiple labor organizations recognized as majority representatives, except in right-to-work zones.
