Extends statute of limitations for sexual abuse crimes (MCL 750.145c, 750.520c, 750.520d, 750.520e, 750.520g) to 10 years after offense or victim's twenty-first birthday, whichever is later.

Allows indictments for sexual abuse crimes with unidentified DNA evidence to be filed at any time, with a 10-year clock starting after the suspect is identified or by victim's twenty-first birthday, whichever is later.

Extends statute of limitations for identity theft to 6 years after offense, or 6 years after identification if offender was initially unknown.

Extends statute of limitations for false pretenses involving real property, forgery affecting real property interests, and mortgage fraud to 10 years after offense or 10 years after the instrument is recorded, whichever is later.

Maintains existing statute of limitations for murder, terrorism, kidnapping, extortion, assault with intent to murder, attempted murder, manslaughter, and first-degree home invasion, with effective date of October 20, 2011.
