Requires the Department of Energy, Labor, and Economic Growth to establish and maintain a publicly accessible database on its wage and hour website containing information about closed investigations that confirmed prevailing wage violations.

Database must categorize violations into three types: failure to provide records, contractor violation unpaid, and contractor violation paid.

For each employer with confirmed violations, the database must include the employer's name and address, violation claim number, date the investigation was closed, and number of violations for each violation type.
