Amends the definition of nuisance under Michigan's Revised Judicature Act to include buildings, vehicles, boats, aircraft, or places used for lewdness, assignation, prostitution, or gambling.

Declares as nuisances properties used for unlawful manufacture, transportation, sale, or furnishing of controlled substances as defined in the Public Health Code.

Declares as nuisances properties used for unlawful manufacture, transportation, sale, or furnishing of intoxicating liquors or mixed beverages containing alcohol.

Declares as nuisances properties used for conduct prohibited by section 49 of the Michigan Penal Code (animal fighting).

All furniture, fixtures, contents, and intoxicating liquors within such nuisance properties are also declared nuisances subject to injunction and abatement; owners, lessees, and operators of such properties are guilty of maintaining a nuisance.
