Requires health care corporation certificates to provide coverage for diagnosis and treatment of autism spectrum disorders without limiting the number of visits or denying coverage based on educational or habilitative nature of treatment.

Establishes maximum annual benefits for autism treatment by age: $50,000 for members through age 6, $40,000 for ages 7-12, and $30,000 for ages 13-18.

Permits health care corporations to require treatment reviews, request autism diagnostic observation schedules (no more than once every 3 years), and require annual development evaluations as conditions of coverage.

Defines covered treatments to include behavioral health treatment, pharmacy care, psychiatric care, psychological care, and therapeutic care when prescribed by licensed physicians or psychologists and determined medically necessary.

Applies to certificates delivered, executed, issued, amended, adjusted, or renewed beginning 180 days after enactment, and is contingent upon enactment of Senate Bills 415 and 981.
