Prohibits employers from employing minors aged 16 and older for more than 6 days in 1 week in covered occupations.

Limits work hours for minors aged 16 and older to an average of 8 hours per day and 48 hours per week, with a maximum of 10 hours in any single day.

Restricts student workers to 24 hours per week when school is in session, and establishes a general 10:30 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew for minors aged 16 and older, extended to 11:30 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, and during school vacations for student workers.

Allows extended hours in farming operations and agricultural processing (seed production, fruit/vegetable cleaning and packaging) when school is not in session, up to 11 hours per day and 62 hours per week with parental consent, provided minors are not employed between 2 a.m. and 5:30 a.m.

Requires agricultural processing employers to maintain written parental or guardian consent for extended work periods and limits required work to 48 hours per week without minor consent.
